About Our Ministries
And he himself gave some to be apostles, some prophets, some evangelists, some pastors and teachers, to equip the saints for the work of ministry, to build up the body of Christ, until we all reach unity in the faith and in the knowledge of God’s Son, growing into maturity with a stature measured by Christ’s fullness. – Ephesians 4:11-13

3 YRS TO 5TH GRADE
Children.
We’re passionate about helping kids grow in their love for Jesus! Our PBC Kidz Ministry offers engaging, age-appropriate programs on Sundays and Wednesdays, designed to make learning about God fun, meaningful, and memorable.
On Sundays, children enjoy interactive Bible lessons, worship, and activities that help them understand God’s Word in a way that makes sense to them. On Wednesdays, we dive deeper with games, crafts, and focused teaching that reinforces biblical truths and encourages friendships.
Our dedicated team of volunteers is committed to creating a safe, welcoming environment where every child feels seen, valued, and loved. We’re excited to partner with families as we help kids build a strong foundation of faith!

MIDDLE AND HIGH SCHOOL
Youth Group.
The middle and high school years are full of change, challenges, and big questions — and we’re here to help students walk through them with faith and confidence. Our Student Ministry is designed to meet teens where they are and help them grow in their relationship with Christ as they move toward adulthood.
Through Bible study, worship, small groups, and fun events, students build lasting friendships and a strong foundation of faith. Our goal is to equip them with truth, encourage them to live boldly for Jesus, and remind them they’re never alone on the journey.
GRADUATES AND SINGLES
Young Adults.
The journey through your 20s can be full of questions, transitions, and growth — and you don’t have to navigate it alone. Our Young Adult Ministry is here to walk alongside you as you discover who you are, where you’re going, and how God is working in your life.
Whether you’re in college, starting a career, or figuring out what’s next, this is a space to build authentic community, grow in your faith, and find your purpose in God’s grand design. Through Bible study, real conversations, and shared experiences, we’re learning how to follow Jesus in the “in-between” seasons of life.

SENIOR MINISTRY
OASIS.
Older Adults Sharing in Service (OASIS) is for all seniors, men and women, age 60 and up, who are members or regularly attend Providence Baptist Church. We meet every second Friday of each month at 10:00am. We enjoy devotions, singing, fellowship time, playing games, as well as planning special events, like the Kellum Family singers followed by a fried chicken lunch. When we have an OASIS get-together, we often have special speakers, for instance Bill Adams from the sheriff’s department, or a service project for our church or community, like Acts of Love gift bags for the local Volunteer Fire and Rescue Squads. We enjoy cook-outs and short trips, like our trip to Museum of the Bible in Washington D.C. Most of all, we love serving the Lord while we enjoy each other.
Ready to take the next step in your faith journey?
You can get connected, find a place to serve, and grow deeper in your walk with Christ, and we’re here to walk with you.
Join a small group, discover your gifts, and become part of a community that’s growing together in love, faith, and purpose.
Let’s grow together as the body of Christ — one step at a time.
1

Get Connected
We believe church is more than a Sunday service — it’s a community. Get connected by joining a small group, attending a welcome event, or simply reaching out. This is your place to build authentic relationships and feel at home.
2

Get Involved
God has given each of us unique gifts to serve others. Whether it’s helping with kids’ ministry, greeting at the door, or working behind the scenes, there’s a place for you on the team. When you get involved, you make a difference.
3

Grow
Faith is a journey, and we’re called to grow together. Through Bible studies, discipleship opportunities, and serving alongside others, you’ll deepen your relationship with Christ and grow in community with fellow believers.
